2 kg Chicken Wings I had 1 kg drumsticks and 1 kg wings
1 large Onion
1 cup Yoghurt
1 tbsp Ginger grated
4 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Garlic Salt
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Tandoori Chicken with turmeric, coriander, paprika and garam masala in the oven. You basically don’t need to do anything for this recipe. The blender will make the marinade for you and the oven will work it’s way out, so you just relax, enjoy, spend good time with your family.

This is probably ones of the most simple marinades that I ever made for chicken. So, put the onion, ginger, 1/2 tsp garam masala, milk and garlic in the blender and pulse until your obtain a paste. Pour over the chicken and mix together with the other spices. Let it marinade in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.


Preheat your oven at 220 C. Take out the chicken from the marinade, place in greased baking tray and roast for 20 minutes on one side and 20 minutes on the other side, puttin on the grill for the last 5 minutes.
