1 big Red Onion
250 g Tuna
1 Red Bell Pepper
400 g Red Beans
2 tbsp Parsley
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
2 tbsp Mayonaise If you are looking for a super healthy and proteic meal you can skip the mayo

There are moment when I just don’t want to cook, but I still want a nice, delicious meal. So for all those evenings I found a recipe on another cooking blog, that promissed me a an amazing dinner with very little effort and best results guaranteed. And it was true! From the second I tried this Mexican Tuna Salad I was amazed by how well the ingredients behave to eachother and how delightful and colorful it can turn out.

Cut the onion julienne. Rub with olive oil salt and pepper in a big bowl.

Rinse the canned beans and cut the paprika in medium cubes. Add on top of the onions together wtihe the tuna and mix gently.

Add the mayonaise on top and decorate with parsley.
