Ingredients

1 Batard crusty bread
200 g Mozzarella or other melting cheese
100 g Gouda Cheese grated. If you want you can use only the mozzarella, we just like the taste of Gouda and the way it melts on the crust.
100 g Butter
2 cloves Garlic cushed
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Parsley

Directions

Sometimes even us lack imagination when it comes to cooking. And than we go on Pinterest and we just fill in words in the search bar and we wait to see what comes out of it. That’s how we got to this amazingness! What more can you wish for? Cheese, garlic, soft bread, crispy crust and butter. A perfect snack, right?
